Terroir
Its white grape varieties are grown on the limestone slopes of the right bank of the Garonne, clay-limestone soil, limestone substrate.

Maturing after pressing without maceration, fermentation in indigenous yeasts.
Ageing
Blending of the grape varieties, then a few weeks in tanks on fine lees, then cleaning of the juices and bottling, with very little sulfur.
